Therefore, we personally pack your orders and make every effort to ensure that opening the package is also something you enjoy. Our products are packed in paper tissue and a cardboard box, decorated with a golden logo. We try to take care of our environment, therefore we do not use plastic fillers, foil and adhesive tape for packaging.

RETURN
You have 14 days to report and return the purchase.
You do not have to give a reason, just send an e-mail to: info@johnandmary.pl with the title “return order no …” containing the details for the transfer to which we are to transfer the money.
Please pack the parcel so that the goods will not be damaged during transport and send it to us by courier or by post.
As soon as we have received the package (goods + bill / invoice), we will refund the amount to your account. It may take up to 7 business days.
We return the value of the product + the cost of the cheapest shipment to the customer when returning the entire order. We do not refund the costs of international shipments.
Custom made or altered products are non-returnable.
The cost of return shipment is borne by the buyer.
